What is the return policy?
Exchange & Return Policy
You have 2-3 days from delivery to request an exchange or return, no reason required. Items
must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
How: Contact us via WhatsApp (the number shown on your shipping waybill) or through our
Contact Us page, with your order number. That's it.
What happens next: We review and approve requests within 3 business days; once approved,
courier pickup follows within 3–5 business days depending on your location.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Send photos plus your city, address, and order number
— we'll arrange an exchange, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
Big mismatch from the listing? Full refund, no questions asked.
